9:00 AM   Parade lineup - Fire Trucks and Emergency Vehicles lineup on 2nd St. NW and 1st Ave NW as directed by the Parade Patrol. ALL OTHERS will line up in the North City Parking Lot (behind the Community Plaza) as directed by the Parade Patrol.
     
10:00 AM   Judging - Ribbons will be awarded to three entries with judging, based on this year's theme, to be done prior to the start of the parade.

3:00 PM   5th ANNUAL DERBY DUCK RACE - Finish line on the bridge to West side.
     Cost $5.00 each
     1st Place $100.00
     2nd Place $50.00
     3rd Place $25.00
     Ducks can be purchased at Country Cottage until 29
     June, then during the Celebration at the Oelwein
     Celebration, Inc. booth up to race time!
     Come try your luck with a DUCK!!!
     Winners announced at 8:30 PM @ Main Stage

The following food Vendors will be in City Park 30 June 2005. Their planned menus are listed. All vendors reserve the right to change their menu. Please visit occasionally to get up-to-date information.
 
There will not be a beer vendor this year, however you may bring in coolers. There is ample parking inside the park so there is no need to parking on the road and lug coolers a long distance.
