  Flea Market Policies  
 
The Flea Market Policies are as follows:
  All vendors must fill out application form. Download the Flea Market Application form.*
  Space Fees - $20.00 per 20' x 10' spot.
  Vendors may rent more than one spot.
  Operating hours are between 7:00 AM and Dusk Saturday 30 June 2007.
  Oelwein Celebration, Inc. can NOT provide electricity, water, tables or chairs.
  Vendors may setup any time after 6:00 AM Saturday 30 June 2007.
  Vendors are responsible for security of their own spots over night.
